How E-Recruitment Works the iEmploy Way
For employers
iEmploy is a merger of an online e-recruitment jobs board, and a traditional recruitment agency. We offer online recruitment advertising for a fixed fee, but every advertiser is allocated a recruitment advisor and an account manager to ensure they find the best candidate for them. Here is how it works:
- Employers pay a fixed, one-off fee, one-off because if their position is not filled the fee is refunded.
- Their account manager and recruitment advisor then team up to create their job advert, which is then sent to the client for approval
- Once approved the advert is then posted to iEmploy and up to 60 mainstream and niche jobs boards including: Reed, Monster, TotalJobs and CV Register
- We then field calls and emails on the employer´s behalf, forwarding the details of suitable candidates only
- Then either the employer informs us that they have chosen the right candidate and we remove their advert, or they inform us that they haven´t, we remove the advert and refund their fee in full
For Jobseekers
For jobseekers we also make it easy. We are one of the few online recruitment sites that does not make jobseekers register before submitting applications for jobs. The process is this simple:
- Find a job you are interested in, using the search feature or by navigating the categories
- Click Apply Online
- Fill in the simple form with your name and contact details
- Attach your CV
- Click Submit
Your details are automatically stored in our database, and unless you specifically request otherwise our recruitment advisors will contact you on behalf of suitable employers.
